We shall be using Lego®SeriousPlay® to explore concepts through guided model building. Remarkably, the method relies on your hands to inspire and lead creative thinking,
helping you generate new ideas and insights to get unstuck.
Exercises are grounded in practical application, drawing on successful leadership programmes. They range from individual growth and team development, to change management and wellbeing. You will leave with a greater understanding of your natural leadership style and skills and how they can serve you daily and in times of pressure.

Who is this course for?
This course is for you as a leader, coach or trainer. An opportunity to take time out in a safe space. You'll have the opportunity to connect with like-minded leaders to reflect on who you are, share ideas, and gain inspiration and motivation for your life and practice.
Where will the course be held?
Our in-person training is in the heart of the London, at Friends House.
We have a wonderful day planned: Saturday 22nd November, 2025.

What is the structure of the day?
Our day will be divided into short practical sessions of 30-60 minutes in duration. We kick off by revisiting your leadership goal, set by you, ahead of our training. Each session will focus on a different leadership principle, and includes guided Lego build exercises, to deepen reflection and help you reach your goal.
• We start at 9am and finish at 5pm.
• Plenty of rests in between with an hour for lunch, morning and afternoon breaks.
• All refreshments, including a light lunch will be provided.
What does the course cover?
This course is all about you and who you are as a leader. Uncovering your natural style and what grounds you and motivates you in life and at work.
We shall be weaving the principles of resilient leadership throughout the course, ensuring you leave with a good understanding of your true leadership skills.
Our exercises explore leadership style, and will help you build resilience
• First Steps: Crystallising your goals and what you want to achieve in the short term
• Building with Metaphors: Using creative tools to drive honest reflection and exploration
• Building for shared outcomes: Shared model building as a catalyst for collaboration in times of change.

What is the Serious Players Club?
One time payment for this training course, will also grant you a 2 months membership of the Serious Players Club. This is a wonderful forum for others facilitating with the LegoSeriousPlay method to get together, explore new ideas, and support each other with the method. We meet online, two Tuesdays a month, at 7pm GMT. Sessions are relaxing, recharging and continue to add value to our practice.
